As the interim venture program lead for a new venture that was moving from seed to MVP build and launch, I partnered with the head of a new venture at Visa, internal visa teams and third-party development team to develop and execute a cross-functional integrated plan across customer, product, brand, marketing, sales, and back-office operations.
Adchemy (Walmart Labs)
As Vice President, Services, Support and Program Management, I orchestrated the successful launch of a new online search advertising product, surpassing partnership pilot goals with Microsoft. I built a 25-person team and achieved significant cost reduction and customer onboarding success. Adchemy was later acquired by Walmart Labs.

As Director, Network Mobilization, I led a partnership between Skoll and Cisco to explore how to accelerate large-scale change through the combination of technology and networks of social entrepreneurs. Launched pilot with Health Care without Harm.
Pure Digital Technologies (Cisco)
As Sr. Director at Pure Digital Technologies, I led the Project Management Office to manage product development for the Flip camcorder. Established standards, implemented Agile methodologies, and successfully managed a portfolio of 15 product releases across four product lines in less than a year.
